Acquisition and Sale of Real Estate
We provide full advice in connection with your real estate purchase and/or sale transaction. For which we carry out the corresponding Due Diligence, as well as the Investigation of the Property Title in the Public Registry of the Property and Commerce of the Federation and the State and in the case of properties with a history of National and/or Ejido Lands; before the National Agrarian Registry, in order to provide total legal certainty of your investment.
Additionally, we elaborate and/or review all the legal documentation related to the real estate purchase and sale operation, as well as the drafting and elaboration of Purchase and Sale Promise Contracts, Assignment of Rights, Joint Venture, Lease, etc.
Likewise, we take care of the coordination and follow-up with the Notary and the Seller until the final Public Deed is obtained.

Construction and Development
We have participated in the planning and realization of several real estate projects, evaluating their feasibility according to the Urban Development regulations and helping the Developers to achieve their objectives, obtaining all the necessary permits for the realization of their projects.
These activities include environmental feasibility analysis, urban feasibility analysis, obtaining licenses and construction permits, as well as all permits required by municipal and state authorities, formalization and legal constitution of Condominium Regimes, whether they are Master Condominiums, Sub Condominiums, Condominiums, Residential Developments and/or Hotels.
